Q: How do I create a new account at Streamingaja?
A: If you are new to Streamingaja, you can sign up through Login section. Make sure you fill all the data. A confirmation email will be sent to you to verified your account.

Q: How can I buy the ticket?
A: You have to be registered as a member to buy the ticket. Select your preferred event and ticket type, click BUY and follow the instructions.
Make sure you have completed the purchase process up to payment.

Q: How is the payment method?
A: Payment will be made online through several options;

  • Credit/ debit card [visa or mastercard]
  • GoPay/ other e-wallets
  • Internet banking [Mandiri, BNI, BRI, Permata]
  • ATM/ bank transfer [Prima, Bersama, ALTO]
  • OCTO Clicks
  • Alfa Group and Indomaret [provide the cashier with the Payment Code number].
     

Q: Where can I see my ticket number?
A: We will send you the ticket number via email after the payment process is complete or you can see the ticket details on Orders [click your account name on top of the page].

Q: How can I stream the event?
A: Look for your preferred event, input the ticket number, click submit. The event will be open after ticket verification, then press play. The event will open 1 hour before the scheduled show starts.

Q: How to set the image quality on the video?
A: By default, we will display the video with Medium Quality. For those who have an adequate internet connection, you can improve the quality by clicking the High-Quality button at the bottom right of the video screen.

Q: Do I have to be registered as a member to stream an online event at Streamingaja?
A: No need to be registered as a member to stream/ watch, you just need to input the ticket number. But you have to be registered to buy the ticket.
