Forgotten Princesses
Target Audience: all ages
Duration: 50 minutes
Synopsis
Forgotten Princesses is an interactive shadow theatre play that explores the picturesque lives of unusual and lesser-known princesses. The artistic concept was inspired by the book Forgotten Princesses by Philippe Lechermeier, as well as other princesses from well-known fairy tales. The play delves into themes of individuality, the right to make mistakes, and the importance of learning from them. Its aim is to foster mutual understanding and acceptance, regardless of our differences. This is a story about the search for identity, the value of self-acceptance, and the immense beauty of the inner worlds we all carry within. Each princess shares her unique story, while whimsical musical intermezzos and striking visual effects transport the audience into an entirely different realm – the world of forgotten princesses. Now, you have the chance to get to know them better.
